Strategic Plan

HYC Strategic plan is developed with a focus to ensure that we strive for the Club of Choice, characterised by developing sporting talents, organising socially responsive and responsible activities, and engaged with multi-cultural communities and supporting youth, women and international students so that a resilient and successful journey of individuals and groups can be enabled in this changing world.

Part of our strategic commitment is open to new knowledge and learning, and pursue a continuous improvements in people and system. Central to this commitment is this policy which outlines our approach to continuous improvement and the procedures we apply to achieve systematic and sustained improvement.
